AI Digital Assistants

To help you quickly, around the clock, KRL uses AI digital assistants. In line with the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689), we inform you that when you talk to them you are not talking to a person.

Iris — WhatsApp

Iris answers KRL’s WhatsApp (+30 697 540 0933): she books, changes and cancels appointments and answers questions about services, prices and offers, and passes your request to clinic staff when needed.

Fotini — phone

On some phone lines, when the clinic cannot answer, your call is handled by Fotini, an AI voice assistant, who introduces herself as a digital assistant at the start of the call. Calls may be recorded.

Elina — site chatbot

Elina answers general questions on krl.gr. It loads only if you accept “Preferences” cookies.

Good to know

• The assistants give no medical advice; suitability for any treatment is assessed at the clinic.
• They can make mistakes; prices, offers and appointments are confirmed by the clinic.
• You can always ask for a person or call your clinic directly.
